Our speaker Ruth Dayan has spent the last two decades working with seniors and their families in the healthcare industry, with a special focus in Alzheimer’s and Dementia care. Ruth has made it her life’s work to serve her aging community with dedication and compassion. From initial contact, to advising clients, assisting with assessments and placements, and right through to end of life care, Ruth has helped families cope through some of their most challenging times. Ruth lives by the philosophy that quality of care, leading change and revolutionizing processes are critical aspects of elder care. She is also certified Long Term Care Administrator, holds certifications in Quality Improvement Facilitation, Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care (Montessori, GPA, Hush no Rush) and Lean principals. She will be speaking about cutting edge issues and care options as well as answering all of your questions.
