A guided mind sweep and personal reflection to clarify your goals and intentions for the New Year

 

  • Step 1: Download the workbook here

  • Step 2: Click Here to go to the audio recording.

  • Instructions: Download the worksheets and print them. Have a pen and paper and quiet spot to listen and work. Click the link to go to the recording and begin. Pause the recording as you go so you have enough time to write down and answer the questions.

  • Press the play button on the black bar to start the audio program and pause it to stop. You can navigate through the recording by clicking anywhere on the black bar to move forward or backward. To download the audio file to your computer, click “Download” below the timestamp.

  • Step 3: Follow the instructions on page 8 of the workbook.

  • Step 4: Reflect and take action! One year from now, what will you have accomplished that started with a decision that you made today? Take this action sheet with you to shul on Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur to reflect on when you need a moment to refocus or take a break.
